1. Who we are

   NERO is operated by Nero Wear, a clothing label based in Budapest, Hungary. For any question about your data, write to info@nerouniverzum.com and one of two people will answer it.

2. What this website collects

   Nothing automatically. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

   Our web server keeps standard access logs — the requested URL, a timestamp, and the response status. These are used to see whether the site is broken and are deleted after 30 days.

   • No cookies of any kind
   • No analytics or measurement scripts
   • No advertising or social media trackers
   • No fingerprinting, no session recording

3. Fonts and external requests

   Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. This is the one external request the site makes. Self-hosting the fonts to remove it is on our list.

4. What you send us by email

   When you reserve a piece or ask a question, we receive whatever you put in the message — typically your name, email address, size and shipping city.

   We use it to answer you and to fulfil the order. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for anything other than the exchange you started.

5. Order and shipping data

   To ship an order we hold your name, delivery address and the order details, and we pass the address to the courier. Payment is by bank transfer, so we see your name and the reference on the transfer but never your card details.

   Hungarian accounting law requires us to retain invoices for eight years. That retention obligation overrides a deletion request for the invoice records specifically.

6. How long we keep things

   • Server access logs: 30 days
   • Email correspondence: 2 years, then deleted
   • Invoices and order records: 8 years, as required by Hungarian law

7. Your rights

   Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@nerouniverzum.com and we will action it within 30 days.

   If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

8. Changes to this policy

   If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will note the date at the top of the page. This document is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
