How buying from us works, in writing.

1. Who you are buying from

   Purchases are from Nero Wear, a clothing label registered in Budapest, Hungary. Contact: info@nerouniverzum.com.

   Company registration and VAT details will be listed here before the site takes its first order.

2. Reservations are not orders

   Reserving a piece by email is a request, not a completed sale. A contract exists only once we have confirmed availability and issued an invoice.

   We confirm in the order the emails arrive. If a size sells out between your message and our reply, we will say so and nothing further happens — you are not charged and you are not placed on a list.

3. Prices and payment

   Prices are in euros and include Hungarian VAT where applicable. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice; there is no card checkout on this site.

   Your piece is held for seven days from the date of the invoice. If payment has not arrived by then the reservation lapses and the size goes back to whoever asks next.

   Bank transfer fees on your side are yours. If your bank deducts a fee that leaves the payment short, we will ask you to make up the difference before shipping.

4. Shipping

   Everything ships from Budapest, tracked. Within the EU expect 3 to 5 working days; outside the EU, 7 to 14.

   Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and send us the pictures — we will replace or refund it.

   Import duty and customs charges outside the EU are yours to pay. We declare the full value on the customs form and will not misdeclare it on request.

5. Returns and exchanges

   You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece for a refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. Write to us before sending anything back.

   Return postage is yours unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it both ways.

   Exchanges depend on the size run still being open. Given how small the runs are, a refund is usually the only thing we can honestly offer.

6. Faults

   These are hand-cut garments from small runs and they are not identical to each other. Slight variation in print placement, stitch density and shade between units is normal and is not a fault.

   A failed seam, a broken zip or a hole is a fault. Within two years of purchase we will repair it, replace it if we still have the size, or refund you. We will not argue about whether normal wear counts — if it broke because of how it was made, that is on us.

7. What we will not do

   • Restock a finished run, under any circumstances
   • Authenticate a piece bought on a resale platform
   • Under-declare customs value
   • Sell or share your contact details

8. Intellectual property

   The NERO name, wordmark and garment graphics belong to us. The writing in the journal may be quoted freely with a link back; please do not republish it wholesale.

9. Governing law

   These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer in the EU.
